Aquitted... Again...

So the police perform an illegal search, come up with nothing, charge me with carrying a concealed weapon anyway and then waste taxpayers money with court appearance after court appearance just to drop the charge after they decide they will look stupid losing in a jury trial.

So they commit terrorism as long as they can continue it on taxpayers money all when they know they have no case, they were the ones that actually broke the law and completely violated my constitutional rights with the illegal and totally unjustified search that turned up nothing, then the prosecutor had to falsify court documents and change the law when she sent it to my lawyer in hopes he wouldn’t notice the difference. Yes that’s right; Lindsey Jarvis falsified court documents by rewriting the law when she sent it to my defense attorney. The officer lied under oath, the Judge refused to throw it out after a motion to dismiss, and the Mayor of Saratoga Springs did not pardon me. I asked and gave him the opportunity to ensure liberty and justice. He failed.

They wasted thousands and thousands of dollars with the totally fraudulent case just to harass a law abiding gun owner. Again.

Now they want to push the reckless driving charge?! The lying cop even stated under oath I was traveling 15mph below the speed limit and never left my lane. To which the judge muttered “that doesn’t sound like reckless driving to me” Then he said I “RAN HIM OFF THE ROAD”. Once again they have zero case at all. You CAN move back and forth in your lane. It is TOTALLY LEGAL!!! Where does it say you have to stay exactly in the center? What a total face. Everyone moves around in their lane. So I rocked back and forth entertaining my kids. Who gives a flying rat’s fanny? I was actually traveling 17mph below the speed limit and yes every single one of my kids were in seat belts or properly fastened in car seats.

While enjoying a wonderful family night with my totally awesome family I get pulled over and harassed for close to an hour. Months later they file the gun charge. Then months later after they saw they had no case they added 4 more charges in hopes perhaps they could get something to stick or push a plea bargain. They offered to drop the reckless if I plead to the gun, they offered to drop the seat belt violation and bargain after bargain I of course told them to shove it.

This isn’t just me, this happens all over Utah. People get harassed and charged with things that are completely ridiculous. I asked the mayor of Saratoga Springs right to his face: “WHAT BENEFIT IS IT TO THE CITY TO CHARGE CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT HOLDERS WITH CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON?” He refused to answer. I asked over and over how things like this would improve life for the citizens of Saratoga Springs. He refused to answer.

People in Utah need to pull their heads out of their backsides. You need to start voting for Americans. This is a war against your freedoms. Imagine a city where the mayor was FOR the people. Imagine if the police were there to “Protect and to serve” Imagine a city where if bull crap like this happened the mayor would immediately step in and FIX the problem. This CAN exist! You just need to vote for HONORABLE people!! I have no choice but to run for office. People deserve to have a real person on the ballot that will really fight for their LIBERTY AND JUSTICE. Isn’t the city there to SERVE YOU??? Where do you see it written that cops are there to harass and terrorize??
